Q. What is Affiliate Marketing?
Simply put, affiliate marketing is the process by which a Publisher earns commission for marketing another persons or company’s products through a variety of different traffic sources.
Q. What is an Affiliate Network?
Affiliate networks such as Maxx, acts as a middle man between a Publisher and an Advertiser. The Advertisers list their campaigns on an affiliate network and set the requirements for the type of traffic they want directing to their campaign. The Publisher is able to search the network to find campaigns that fit their traffic source that they want to promote. Therefore, a network acts as a manager for both Publishers and Advertisers.
Q. What is an Affiliate Network?
We have our own unique, proprietary software that tracks and analyzes traffic and leads in real time and was designed to provide optimum visibility and useability. Each click can be tracked, right down to the different tracking splits you have used and for a number of campaigns we can set up postbacks for each point of sale, for CPA, CPL or CPF, allowing you to automate your processes based on the performance of each campaign.
We own several exclusive, high converting offers, spanning a variety of verticals, and they are exclusively available through the Maxx Affiliate Network. Since we do own them, it gives us the opportunity to offer higher and quicker pay-outs and have full control over fraud. Your dedicated Account Manager will provide outstanding one-on-one customer service to assist you with analyzing and optimizing these campaigns.

Q. What happens after I sign up to be a partner on your site?
After you go through the signup process, you will receive an email to let you know your application is pending, we will include a copy of your signed agreement and who your Account Manager is with their contact details.
Q. How do I get in touch with my Account Manager?
Once you sign up for an account with Maxx, you will be assigned an Account Manager who will contact you directly. In the meantime if you do have a question, visit our contact us page to send us a message.
If you already have an account with Maxx but you have misplaced your Account Manager’s details, you can log into your Maxx account and your dedicated Account Manager will be listed in your profile section along with their contact details.
Q. What do I do if I lose my password?
You can reset your password using the “forgot your password” link on the login page.
Q. How do I get in touch with technical support?
If you are having technical issues, please contact your Account Manager and they can liaise with our tech team to solve any problems.

Q. What is a Publisher?
A Publisher can be a single person or an entire company and they essentially drive traffic in order to promote an Advertisers campaign using their own various traffic sources including display, social media, and email. A Publisher will earn commission based on the campaign requirements and when it converts.
Q. What is the sign up process for a Publisher
Our sign up process is short and easy and you can get started by visiting our sign up page. We just need some basic information, a summary of your traffic and a signed affiliate agreement. Once that has been completed, an Account Manager will reach out to you directly for a quick chat in order to complete your application.

Q. What are the fees to become a Publisher?
There are NO signup fees to become a Publisher with the Maxx Network.
Q. How frequently are Publishers paid out?
Our default pay-out terms are NET-30, however we do offer weekly pay-outs to our top performing and trusted Publishers.
Q. Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes, our minimum payout threshold is £100 or $100
Q. What payment methods are available to get paid?
We offer payment by ACH bank transfer and PayPal
Q. What type of traffic does Maxx accept?
As long as there is no fraud, we allow a variety of traffic sources on Maxx including email, social media, display, and SEO organic traffic and in some occasions we do allow incentivised. In addition, some of our offers will accept post traffic, as some of our offers operate through ping tree technology.
Q. What is an Advertiser?
An Advertiser can be a single person or a company who owns a product or service and are looking for it to be promoted. By using an affiliate network, an Advertiser can list their product or service on the network and have multiple Publishers with a variety of traffic, driving users to their campaign.

Q. What type of traffic do Maxx’s Publishers have?
We work with Publishers who have a variety of different traffic sources including email, social media, display, and SEO organic traffic.
Q. How do you ensure to limit or eliminate fraudulent traffic sources?
Our dedicated Account Managers ensure to carefully vet each and every potential Publisher in order to try to eliminate fraudulent activity up front before they even have a chance to run any traffic, this includes speaking with them directly before approving their affiliate account and requiring two references from other networks they are working with.
Also, our proprietary in-house software also allows us to track activity in real time, therefore we are able to monitor traffic carefully and identify suspicious fraudulent traffic sources and fake leads.
