FTC and Florida Orders

In February 2021, VGC Corporation of America, also doing business as All Dream(s) Vacations, was ordered to pay over $14 million after it was found to have tricked customers in to believing they had won a holiday/vacation worth thousands of dollars that would cost them $400.  However, these vacations never materialised.

Maxx will continually monitor its network of Affiliates/Publishers/Advertisers for suspected breaches of the rules governing promotions. Upon discovering or receiving a report of any breach or suspected breach, Maxx takes immediate action. Maxx will investigate all suspected breaches and either directs Affiliates to address the issues immediately or bans Affiliates/Publishers/Advertisers from its network permanently.
